​Stress & Strain
Modern research has shown that more than 80% of diseases have their roots in stress. Stress blocks the free flow of energy in the body and the weakest muscle/organ/system gets adversely affected by it. This blockage manifests itself in the form of disease when it goes beyond the capacity of body to maintain homeostasis.

How it works
Energy Healing is considered a smart energy because it has a mind of its own. I just put my hands gently on the receiver and have an intention. The energy starts flowing in the direction it is intended to be.

This technique removes the energy blocks and allows all the bodily functions to perform at their fullest capacity thereby allowing body to improve overall health and well-being.

There are two components to this healing modality; intention and energy. Intention creates vibrations and energy becomes the carrier to help that intention manifest. It is one such frequency of energy which is helpful in the process of healing.

​What to expect
A typical energy healing session can last from 30 to 60 minutes. The receiver remains fully clothed as he/she relaxes on the treatment table.
